  • Des courses vigilantes : prendre garde aux dates de péremption. « A consommer de préférence avant le » indique la date après laquelle les aliments perdront certaines de leurs qualités : goût, texture, couleur… « A consommer jusqu’au » prévient par contre de la limite à partir de laquelle il peut y avoir des risques pour la santé du consommateur. Préparer une liste des courses précise, établie selon le contenu des placards, histoire de ne rien oublier et surtout d’éviter les achats sur un coup de tête.
