I sure had some fun making this little video. Although it’s only made of still photos the animation of slides is great fun. 30 seconds are free, 3$ for a full length version (which consists of…?) but I think it might be worth it.

After one month and a half of having rather heavily spent time working on a presentation under Powerpoint©™ I can say I fairly well master it.
Incidentally, I haven’t had the curiosity to see if there is any newsgroup for it… looks like there is… with an activity that’s said to be low… MMmmm
I can also say that once you know how to animate (piece of cake really), for anything ambitious with multiple ‘layers’, the ‘mixing’ gets rather tricky not to say nightmarish.
Because there doesn’t seem to be a way of working in layers.
Better be done with all animations pertaining to one ‘block’ because once this is covered with other blocks there’s no way reaching under without actually moving/deleting all those above.
Unless there is indeed a way to implement working in layers I know what to suggest to good fellows at MS.
