certes on se distrait sur le Net, mais on communique tout autant, on «réseaute», construit des liens, élabore des idées. Dans 85 % des cas, les salariés avouent d’ailleurs un usage «mixte» de leurs petits objets technologiques.

40 % des sociétés interrogées possèdent un réseau social interne, hébergé sur leur intranet. 20 % se contentent d’un forum, et seuls 15 % des entreprises sondées travaillent sur les plates-formes publiques. Ce qui n’empêche pas les deux tiers d’entre-elles de considérer les “Social Networking Services” comme partie prenante de la culture de leur entreprise. Avec une nette domination de l’Allemagne, où ce sont près des trois quarts des compagnies qui ont déroulé le tapis rouge aux réseaux sociaux. L’étude a été conduite par Dynamic Markets auprès de 2 500 professionnels issus de cinq pays européens.
